From start to support, we’re here for you.
We take a collaborative approach to deliver a customized experience and design for your community’s unique needs. A dedicated account manager acts as your point person throughout the entire process, including the initial kickoff, installation, staff training, resident onboarding and to provide ongoing support.

Request a Quote
Provide us with some initial details via our Request a Quote form, and you’ll be connected with a DISH Fiber expert. Once we understand your unique needs and goals, we’ll coordinate a complimentary site survey and Wi-Fi analysis, which will be used to inform your custom network design.

Custom Design & Installation
Our in-house engineering team will work with you to fine-tune your custom network design and deliver all-inclusive pricing. Once contracted, your dedicated account manager will work with you to develop your installation road map and guide you through each step of the process.

Training & Support
Your account manager will support staff training and help onboard residents to ensure a seamless launch. That same account manager will continue to provide ongoing support for both staff and residents.
